Nature is an important part of our life here in Whatcom County. For this reason, the Moles family has continued to enhance our Greenacres Memorial Park. This beautiful cemetery takes full advantage of the naturally serene, rural setting. Its 40 manicured acres include over a dozen distinct sections for you to choose from. There is the Bird Sanctuary, the Time garden, the Weeping Pines, the Wishing Well, plus many more.

Have you served our country? We offer a free space at the Veterans section.

On any given day, local residents can be seen strolling through the grounds along our many walking paths. Nearly 2,000 community members attend the annual Festival of Flags and Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony, hosted at Greenacres Memorial Park, each year. More than 1,300 donated flags are flown in memory of local veterans during this time to gather and honor our nation's fallen military heroes.

Greenacres Memorial Park includes Whatcom County’s only funeral home with a family-owned cemetery, on-site crematory, and cremation cemetery—all within one beautiful location. In addition to the traditional cemetery grounds, the Greenacres Memorial Park also includes an onsite crematory, the Greenacres Event Center, the Stillwaters Cremation Cemetery, and The Meadow Natural Burial Ground.

All farewell events conducted at the Greenacres Memorial Park are backed by our exclusive Moles Farewell Satisfaction Guarantee.
